Well, 15 weeks! Only 25 left! Holy cow! I feel like the time is flying by. Still getting sick from time to time. The big question still looms about whether or not we are going to find out what we are having. My thoughts are that it would be really exciting to see Jeff run out to tell everyone, "It's a ____." I can prepare without knowing the gender, right? I don't really like just pink or blue anyway!
The dreams have kicked in to high gear. The other night, the night light that Paige so thoughtfully put in the bathroom, mixed with my blurry, just awake vision made me think the house was on fire. I even got up and gently put my hand on the door before realizing that I would be able to smell smoke with my supersonic sense of smell. Then, my eyes cleared, and I realized my folly. It seems like I wake up several times a night, usually after a dream that I never remember, and go back to sleep.
I have decided that the kind of mom I want to be is like the little girl describes in the video above. Describes my mom to a tee! This is how I remember childhood!
As far as the Nugget goes, here is what is going on this week! S/he's about the size of an orange this week, and the ears have migrated to the sides of his/her head, and his/her eyes are moving to the front of her face. Plus, the little smarty-pants can now wiggle his/her fingers and toes and make breathing movements in preparation for life outside the womb.
