This may very well be my last post to Nugget as next week you will
have a more suitable name. I have no idea what to imagine in the
coming weeks, but I'm glad you'll be new at all of this with us!
I had a dream the other night that my stomach was made of glass and
you wrote me a message, "it's time!". I woke up with a contraction and
hoped it was.
You've continue to grow. I can tell. I feel pressure in my joints and
everywhere in between. My head is spinning over all of the advice we
have received so here is what I'm thinking. What if we just do this
how we are gonna do this? We can pave our own way. Some methods are
tried and true an believe me I will try anything to ensure you aren't
hurting or upset, but until we can chat it out, it's up to the secret
mom and dad decoder to figure it out right?
So, I'm being induced on Thursday morning. We have to be there at 6
am! Dad helped me trim my toenails and painted them for me in
preparation. I know what you're thinking, but you gotta think of
these things. I am working tomorrow and then I am off work!!!! So glad
to get some rest. Would you believe I haven't missed a single day of
work this entire pregnancy? I have been late due to morning sickness
or not sleeping well, but these two days are much needed to get my
head in the game.
Well, my precious kicker from within, I'm ready when you are. I love
you already!
Just so you know the details:
10/7 6am induction starts
Dr. Julie Ashmun is my doctor an she thinks you are going to be big
and she thinks you are a girl.
I was 3 cm and 90% effaced at my last appointment.
