I'm excited for your baby shower!!

I never know what to buy. I am always nervous and apprehensive about anything I end up buying, bc I know when I finally have a child, how picky I will be about what I use for him/her, and what he/she sees. I hope I do all right!!!

I love reading your blog. I think this child is so blessed already and no matter boy/girl, this little person coming into the world is going to be so lucky. As a 20-something who has seen many a friend get pregnant way too young and without proper preparation, I can't help but be so excited for you and Jeff!!! I think it's so wonderful that Nugget will have parents he/she sees everyday, who will always be there for them, regardless.

Nugget is wonderfully blessed to have an Aunt Amy and a Nanny and Pop - who are not only incredible people with varied talents and abilities, but who would drop everything to be there for them as well.

I can't wait to meet a blend of the two funniest people (it's a tie, swear) I have ever met. With your wit and intellect, this child could take over the world by age 5, so watch out for that! Nugget may be a little short - but I am certain he/she will have a personality made for a giant!!!!!

Anyway, I am not good at saying these things in person, and I will get all emotional if I try, but I wanted you to know. I am super happy for you guys and I can't wait to meet Nugget!! (Ps, I am an AWESOME step-neice/aunt)
