So I went to the dr today. And, I feel a tad bit defeated for no real
reason. I lost 2 lbs. since my last visit, which she says is normal
for someone starting the diabetic diet. But, she wants me to exercise
mire so my numbers get even lower on my glucometer. I need to plan my
meals and exercise. I need to plan my meals and exercise. Ok. We got
that out of the way. These are things every person should do not just
preggers with diabetes, but for some reason this is incredibly
difficult for me to be disciplined with. However, it affects my baby's
size, and likelihood of carrying until Nugget wants to come out, among
other things, so I know it's important. For some reason, I struggle
with how to make it work at work. How am I going to exercise at work
for 30 minutes after lunch? How do i exercise after dinner? I think I
am going to have to go and ask for a regular schedule to get my life
organized. This is what is going on with me at week 29. On a much
brighter note, Nugget, Daddy pased his series 63, and is done teat
taking for a while!!!! Your room is coming together nicely, and I love
you more with every passing day.....
